After two leaked episodes from season 7, the creators of "Game of Thrones" and HBO are dedicated to making sure no spoilers nor leaks for season 8 will be released. There are no confirmed dates for the premiere of "Game of Thrones'" season 8. The first episode will either air in late 2018 or early 2019.

HBO has implemented new rules to improve the security of the show. In an interview with IGN, Liam Cunningham who plays Ser Davos Seaworth in the show revealed that he already has six scripts but has not opened the documents. "I can't open them because of all the security," he said.

In an interview with Skavlan, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau who portrays Jaime Lannister in "Game of Thrones said that new security measures include receiving scripts through verified email address and the use of watermarks. Waldau added that they are also not going to receive the scripts before production, contradicts Cunningham's statement that he already got six scripts. Waldau said, "We're not even gonna the script."

Alleged spoilers about season 8 have surfaced in various websites including Reddit. One forum, in particular, narrates episode 1 of season 8. The outline mentions the aftermath of the wall collapsing, Jaime and Bronn's journey together, and Jon reuniting with his sister Arya Stark. However, the post has not been taken down, meaning it is not accurate enough to be taken seriously.

Now, fans are coming up with possible plots for season 8. Most theories, of course, focus on an upcoming war between the living and the dead, after the Night King ordered his new undead Viserion to destroy the wall, allowing the army of the dead to march forward. Fans are also asking questions whether Daenerys Targaryen and Jon, who is now revealed to be Aegon Targaryen, will have a baby.

Season 8 will be the final season of the television series and there are already rumors about possible spin-offs or prequels.
