'Frozen 2' spoilers: Anna the next big bad; Prince Hans to win Queen Elsa's heart?

Elsa from "Frozen" Disney

"Frozen" is an animated film that will undeniably remain a favorite of many people, both young and old. A sequel to this Disney feature is coming in 2017, which only made a lot of fans excited about what's to come.

Nothing has been confirmed about the plot details and no one knows exactly what's in store for "Frozen 2." However, speculations are rife that the next big bad will — unexpectedly — be Anna.

According to rumors, Anna will lose her happy and loveable personality and will become the villain who will also develop her own super powers and will overthrow Elsa as Queen of Arendelle.

This isn't the first and only speculation tied to the upcoming Disney animated film. Anna is said to dump Kristoff and she will find a new love interest. At the same time, Kristoff will also move on and find his own love interest. What's interesting is that Movie News Guide gathered that Anna will find new love in the jolly snowman, Olaf.

Meanwhile, as previously reported, Hans will also have an evil plan of his own, which is to go back to Arendelle and hypnotize Anna so she would marry him. After which, Hans should be able to control the kingdom.

Then again, Hans may have a change of heart, as there were also speculations suggesting he'll work with Queen Elsa to protect Arendelle. In the process, he is said to fall in love with the ice queen.

Fan fiction site Archive of Our Own seems to agree as it has a section dedicated to shipping Elsa and Prince Hans, or "Helsa."

The two royalties are said to be betrothed until Elsa discovered she possesses super powers. After the events featured in the first "Frozen" movie, Hans is speculated to return to Arendelle three years later, but he has already changed his ways.

If this would be the plot for "Frozen 2," what fans need to look forward to is if Elsa will return Hans' love or use it to her advantage and carry out her revenge plan.

Until then, nothing has been confirmed and everything is just based on speculations and rumors.
