A new teaser for "Fear the Walking Dead" season 2 has been released, which gives a glimpse of the characters as they travel to sea in search of safety. Travis, his family and many others are on board Victor Strand's luxury yacht, but safety remains a big issue.

The 10-second clip released for "The Walking Dead" spinoff shows everyone understandably distressed as they seek seaborne refuge. Unfortunately, it looks like water won't stop the epidemic from spreading.

The "Fear the Walking Dead" season 2's sneak peek makes it seem as though the zombies can swim, which means there is a way for them to get to Travis and the others. In the event that they do, survival during seafaring will be difficult and perhaps almost impossible.

The footage also shows a group of people packed together on a raft. They were only shown from afar, which made them look like zombies.

In "Fear the Walking Dead" season 2, the zombies are just half of the battle. The other half involves humans desperate to stay alive. At this point, survival is everything. During civil unrest, others are prepared to kill to give room for themselves to survive.

The new season won't completely take place on water, but it will definitely have a lot of moments there. It is during this seafaring adventure that the series will finally interlace with the web series "Flight 462."

In the previous teaser for "Fear the Walking Dead" season 2, the connection was hinted when an aircraft was seen casting its shadow on the part of the ocean where Strand's yacht sails. As fans may have already heard, a character from "Flight 462" will be joining the series soon, and it looks like it will take place in the next season.

"Fear the Walking Dead" season 2 premieres Apr. 10 on AMC.
