'Fallout 4' gameplay details leaked ahead of game's release date

 Bethesda

"Fallout 4" doesn't officially arrive in stores until next week, but several leaked details about the game have been flooding the Internet.

According to a report from Kotaku, screenshots of the upcoming game have appeared in a private Spanish community page, although the images were not that impressive looking.

However, members at NeoGaf then followed posting on better images. Those who don't want their game to be spoiled should stay away from the sites that shared the images.

Kotaku featured in its report some of the images which showed how the wasteland looks like during daytime and at night.

There were also images showing what players should expect from the vault. The rear view of the protagonist can also be seen looking off to a far direction.

The protagonist can either be played as male or female and images of both wearing their vault suits were also leaked.

Apart from the screenshots taken from the game, 20 minutes of footage from "Fallout 4's" gameplay was also leaked online, Metro reported.

According to the news portal, Bethesda Softworks Vice President or PR and Marketing Pete Hines has also confirmed that the leaked footage was real.

Hines even posted on Twitter saying that someone might have stolen a copy of the game from a warehouse or vendors are not sticking to the official release date.

Metro further reported that there were four videos; each one of them is five minutes long. Two of them showed the opening part of the game, while the other two showcased what gamers can expect later on as they play.

A clip was shared on Metro's page but is now unavailable for viewing due to copyright issues.

It's either fans are so excited to play "Fallout 4" or are too disappointed that leakers had to spoil this year's most anticipated game.

"Fallout 4" will officially launch on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and personal computer (PC) on Nov. 10.
