Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield dating news: Couple spotted on dinner date

Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield appear to be happier than ever as they were spotted out on a dinner date last week.

According to People, the 26-year old "Birdman" actress and the 31-year old actor went out for a dinner date on Friday, June 12, at Los Angeles diner The Apple Pan. While Stone reportedly feasted on cheese fries and a Dr. Pepper, Garfield indulged in a burger and fries. During the date, a source told the magazine that the two were "very cuddly and happy together."

Back in April, it was reported that they went on a break temporarily as Garfield was shooting Martin Scorsese's "Silence" in Taiwan. At the time, another insider told People that Stone and Garfield were just separated for work.

"Andrew is overseas. They are both busy with their careers and have not seen each other," said the source.

Since the actor returned from Taiwan, the two have been spotted together on more than one occasion. They reportedly have been seen dining together at Stone's favorite restaurants, including Malibu Farm and Sushi Park. Those meet-ups came after Stone was spotted greeting Garfield's parents at a special screening of her new film "Aloha" in London last weekend.

Another People insider said that the couple have been staying together at Stone's home in Los Angeles since last month. They have been spotted out and about while grocery shopping. On Monday, June 8, the two were photographed sharing a laugh as they exited a grocery store in L.A. Stone was casually dressed in dark jeans, a white shirt, a black leather jacket and beige flats while Garfield wore dark pants, a grey shirt and a grey cardigan for the outing.

The couple first got together back in 2011 after meeting on the set of "The Amazing Spider-Man." Garfield starred as Peter Parker in the film, while Stone played Gwen Stacy.
