The new "Elder Scrolls" game expansion offers fresh areas for player vs. player (PvP) and player vs. environment (PvE) mode.

The downloadable content (DLC) will feature two new dungeons, six districts, and new spaces, which include Aldmeri Dominion Base, The Imperial Sewers, Ebonheart Pact Base, and Daggerfall Covenant Base.

Players will also get to experience the features such as new costumes, pets, Xivkyn racial motif style, new polymorphs, and many more.

Gamingbolt also reported that the game will also have a patch available soon that could bring some significant changes to "Elder Scrolls Online" players.

According to the report, the amount of XP a player needs to reach the Veteran Rank will be reduced by 15 percent. The limit for Veteran Cap will also be increased from 14 to 16.

Furthermore, VR Quests, Craglorn, and public dungeons can also help increase the players' XP a bit.

Meanwhile, more details of the Imperial City expansion have been laid out by developers on the official website.

The guide shows what players should expect mainly from the new expansion. However, Zenimax promised on the guide that players should not only rely on the content details released because there will be more of them hidden within the game.

"There is more to discover as you explore the city under siege, including Skyshards, story events, and caves and ruins," the guide stated.

This makes the game all the more interesting since players should need to explore the area and discover for themselves secrets that lie within Imperial City.

The "Elder Scrolls Online: Imperial City" will have its PC release on Aug. 31 as aforementioned. Meanwhile, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 owners will get to experience the new game expansion by Sept. 15 and 16, respectively.
