The Duggars are still at the receiving end of the Josh Duggar sex and cheating scandal and they've been the subject of several reports.

The latest of the reports is that Josh's wife, Anna, who is currently staying at her parent's place, is considering cutting off ties with the Duggars.

However, Duggar patriarch Jim Bob reportedly steps in to intervene and try to save the couple's marriage in a materialistic way — by giving Anna lavish gifts such as a new house just so she wouldn't divorce his son.

According to a report from Hollywood Life, Jim Bob is determined to save the couple from splitting up. A source for the outlet exclusively revealed that if Anna refuses to accept the gifts, "things are going to get very uncomfortable."

The source also added that Jim Bob is willing to devise a plan B if the house offer won't convince Anna to stay with Josh. "He's not the kind of guy that just gives up," the source continued.

Meanwhile, another report from the same news portal stated that Josh is begging for his wife not to file for divorce.

Hollywood Life exclusively reported that the 27-year-old father of four claimed that he's already reformed.

Another source revealed that Josh reportedly said "he can't live without" Anna and that Jesus has healed him.

Furthermore, the "19 Kids and Counting" star allegedly said that he's willing to make amends and make it up to his wife and children.

It is easy to assume that Anna may find it difficult to make herself happy, considering she has gone through so much; but at a recent event with Josh's cousin Amy King, the 27-year-old mother was spotted in King's Instagram photo looking pretty and happy.

King also stated that Anna is getting so much love and support from the Duggars amidst the challenges.
