'Dance Moms' former coach Abby Lee Miller to Cheryl Burke: 'She needs to watch her mouth'

For those who have been keeping up with the reality TV series "Dance Moms," Cheryl Burke has replaced series veteran Abby Lee Miller as dance coach for the show. It should be remembered that Miller had quit the show back in March following her sentencing to 366 days in federal prison courtesy of the 50-year-old dance instructor's bankruptcy fraud.

Following a recent interview of Burke discussing her new teaching plan and how Miller left the girls traumatized, it seems that the former "Dance Moms" coach could not disagree more. Speaking to the US Weekly, Miller spoke against Burke's allegations, even calling her statement a "joke." She then went on to explain that there were several producers, choreographers and even social workers who were present during the show.

"I think she needs to watch her mouth," Miller said in defense, adding, "Doing a show for three weeks is nothing like doing a show for seven seasons." This is to imply that Burke knows nothing about the job she had taken, undermining the experience of the 33-year-old "Dancing With the Stars" veteran.

After Miller left the show last March, Burke was hired to help with finishing the show's seventh season. Burke is a reality TV star in her own right, having participated in ABC's "Dancing With the Stars" from season 2 to season 23. The girls of "Dance Moms" are sure in for a big change since Miller had been with the show in all of its seven seasons, but Burke might just provide a good kind of change.

Burke had previously shared how big her plans are for the girls and stressed how she will be providing a "supportive teaching technique" since she claims that the girls have been traumatized by Miller's way of teaching. So far, Lifetime has not yet revealed when an eight season will start airing, but fans sure can't wait to witness the changes that "Dance Moms" would undergo under Burke's instruction.
