Costa Rica vs Uruguay live stream: Watch online international football 2015 (Game preview)

Costa Rica will play Uruguay on Tuesday night as both teams look to prepare for important qualifiers next month. Tonight's game has a scheduled start time of 10 p.m. ET and can be watched online through live stream via the link below.

Uruguay are still without a number of key players, and that has caused coach Oscar Tabarez to call for more patience from fans as his side struggle to fill the big boots left by Luis Suarez and Edinson Cavani.

Suarez and Cavani are two of the most prolific goalscorers in the world and Uruguay are finding it difficult to find adequate replacements.

Suarez of course is still suspended following his bite in last summer's World Cup in Brazil, and he will not be available until March next year.

Uruguay have struggled without their top two strikers but still managed to claim a 1-0 win over Panama last week.

Tabarez has called for fans not to expect him to be a miracle worker in the absence of Suarez and Cavani, saying: "I do not expect miracles. I've been in football for a few years and I know it takes time."

He said, "I think the potential of the players who are here at this time means we should not be overly optimistic, but we can at least have expectations."

He added, "We have to improve, but some very important players are missing."

Middlesbrough striker Christian Stuani has been given the tough job of filling in up front for Uruguay, and he scored the winning goal against Panama last week. He is also likely to feature up front today for the South American team.

Speaking about deploying a five man defense for today's game, Costa Rica coach Oscar Ramirez has said, "Five on the backline is an option that I think can give us a certain stability on defense. Still I like to change it at anytime, to be flexible and see how the players respond to my variations."
