Jane (Jaimie Alexander) is willing to risk everything in the midseason finale of "Blindspot" season 2.

After Jane found out from her brother, Roman (Luke Mitchell), that Sandstorm is already gearing up for the Phase 2 of its plan in the previous episode of the series, she will reportedly exert all efforts to notify her team in the FBI about the terrorist group's plans. But could she really prevent the imminent threat from happening without having to risk her own life?

Based on what was shown on the trailer, Sandstorm leader and Jane and Roman's adoptive mother, Shepherd (Michelle Hurd), will warn someone that the time has come to say goodbye. It can be speculated that Shepherd will be talking to Jane since she was the one who might hinder the group's plans.

This could mean that Shepherd ordered Roman to kill his own sister to stop her from interfering with Sandstorm's Phase 2. However, this could cause conflict for Roman, since he already told his sister that he needs her to be by his side when Phase 2 is launched at the end of the previous episode.

The trailer also revealed that there will be one shocking revelation after another in the midseason finale of "Blindspot" season 2. However, the promo video did not drop any clues regarding the upcoming revelations that will take place.

The synopsis for "Blindspot" season 2 midseason finale had been posted on Cartermatt. It reads: "After Jane discovers that Sandstorm is gearing up for an imminent attack, she risks everything to send a secret SOS to her FBI team."

Can Special Agent Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton), Special Agent Edgar Reade (Rob Brown), Special Agent Tasha Zapata (Audrey Esparza), and the rest of their team at the FBI rescue Jane and help prevent the plans of Sandstorm to take effect in the upcoming episode?

"Blindspot" season 2 episode 9 is slated to be released on NBC on Wednesday, Nov. 16.
