Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner divorce news: Couple seen still wearing wedding rings

On June 30, Hollywood couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner announced that they are filing for a divorce.

However, the former couple seems to have not taken off their wedding bands. Is there a possibility of reconciliation? Not quite.

Recent reports stated that they are maintaining a friendly relationship to keep things normal for their young kids.

Since the divorce bomb has been dropped, Affleck and Garner have been spotted in different occasions still wearing their wedding rings.

The latest of these sightings was at San Diego Comic-Con last Saturday, where Affleck made his first appearance since the split.

On that same day, Garner was also spotted running an errand with the kids, Violet, Seraphina and Samuel, and the nanny in Atlanta, Georgia.

And yes, it was noticeable that the actress has the ring on her finger, as reported in DailyMail.

According to sources who told TMZ, the couple decided to keep their bands on because they are "committed to co-parenting their kids," and wearing their rings is part of that commitment.

Affleck and Garner met in 2001 on the set of "Pearl Harbor." They didn't start dating until after the release of "Daredevil" in 2003.

On June 29, 2005, the two married and fast forward 10 years later and a day after, they announced their divorce.

Rumors of cheating surfaced, but the two have maintained an amicable split so far.

It was reported that the former couple took their kids to Bahamas for a vacation to avoid publicity after their divorce announcement.

Though the two may not be together, they can't seem to be far away from each other. As initially reported in Perez Hilton, Affleck was living in Garner's Atlanta property, while she was filming "Miracles From Heaven."

It seems that they also plan to continue living together as part of the co-parenting commitment.
