Jessa Duggar is pregnant with her first child with husband Ben Seewald. The '19 Kids and Counting' star recently took to Instagram to share her pregnancy cravings with her followers, and a source says that the 22-year old's pregnancy is coming along nicely.

"Jessa's pregnancy is going well so far," said an insider to E! News. "She has barely been sick, but she did have a spell for about three weeks earlier but feels great now."

Now that she is in the second trimester of her pregnancy, the source adds that Jessa "has been tired and hungry more but is doing very well."

Indeed, the mother-to-be appears to be feeling well at this stage of her pregnancy as she and her husband visited the Institute for Creation Research in Texas on Thursday, May 7 for a little tour and to meet some of the scientists.

Ben took to Instagram to post a picture of him and Jessa, which gives fans an update on her baby bump as she was dressed in a loose-fitting orange and navy blue top.

He captioned the shot, "This morning, Jessa and I had the privilege of visiting the Institute for Creation Research! We got to tour and meet all the scientists there! Really cool! Got to chat with Dr. Jason Lisle."

The couple is expecting their first child on November 1, which is also the date of their wedding anniversary.

"We are so excited. We have started talking baby names," Jessa revealed to People. "It is one of those things that is so special, picking a name for a baby."

She also told the magazine that she has been getting pregnancy tips from her older sister Jill, who just had her first baby with husband Derick Dillard on April 6.
