Last week on "The Young and the Restless," Adam and Marco were at Jabot, and Adam told Marco that Victor wasn't to be taken lightly. Marco pointed his gun at Adam and said that if he wasn't on his side, then he could just be another loose end that he had to take care of. Adam told Marco that he wanted him to succeed. Marco then called Nikki, who was still with Victor at the Club, and she agreed to meet him at Chancellor Park.

At the Club, Victor learned that Nikki agreed to meet Jack at the park and said that he'd go. Victor called Marco and told him to leave Nikki out of his plan. Marco told him to show up at the park in her place. Upstairs, Jack told Marisa that he was going to the park that night. Jack said that he'd warn Victor and repay him for saving his life.

At Sharon and Dylan's place, Mariah, Noah, and Paul were waiting for Nikki to arrive before Sharon and Dylan could tell them the big news. Mariah thought that they were getting married, but the couple said no — they're having a baby. Nikki arrived and was told the good news and she congratulated them. Later, Paul got a call from the precinct and he rushed out to go to Avery, who's at the hospital.

At the hospital, Avery told Paul that she was attacked at the park. She said that she didn't see her attacker's face, but she could smell his cologne and that it was Joe's cologne.

At Avery's place, Paul saw Joe who told him that he was looking for Avery. Paul said that she was raped and that she was accusing him of the crime.

Joe was in his place when someone started banging on his door. It was Dylan, looking like he was ready to kill. In another suite, Marisa called Paul and told him to send officers to the park — there was going to be a shooting that night.

At the park, Marco told Adam to hide. Soon, Victor appeared, and either Marco or Jack greeted him. Victor said that he made a mistake going after his family and shot him. Adam came out of hiding and asked Victor what he had done.
