WWE SummerSlam 2015 rumors: Will The Rock feature?

Will The Rock (Dwayne Johnson) be in Brooklyn, New York next Sunday?

Apparently his cousin, Roman Reigns, may have let the cat out of the bag in an interview with Fox Sports.

During the interview, Reigns said, "I wanna tell you, but I don't want to give anything away," Reigns said. "It's The Rock, Dwayne Johnson, biggest superstar on Earth, possibly. If he wants to show up to Brooklyn, he's going to show up to Brooklyn. It wouldn't be the first time and it probably won't be the last time. It's WWE. Anything can happen."

Every WWE fan knows the electricity that The Rock can bring to any WWE show and the thought of him being there has already hyped a lot of folks.

To date, there are eight cards for WWE SummerSlam and Reigns will be pairing up with Dean Ambrose to face off against Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper.

If you have been following the past WWE shows, you may have noticed how the term "family" has been used ever so often. Reigns has, of course, singled out Ambrose as someone who typifies that but that angle could point to The Rock as well, since they are cousins.

Could this be linked to that rumored betrayal between Ambrose and Reigns? Remember that an Ambrose turn has been mentioned frequently the past weeks so if the numbers game goes against Reigns, The Rock could suddenly emerge and save his cousin yet again.

Then again, The Rock could appear on other cards. It could be against Rusev who keeps on bragging about his country. The Rock may bring the U.S. flag and stand up for the country once more while Summer Rae and Lana slug it out. He could even fill up for Ziggler if the Showoff is not yet set to return.

The Rock doesn't even have to be involved. He could just simply make an appearance and rock the joint.
