WWE rumors: Will Bill Goldberg be signed in time for WrestleMania 32?

The last time wrestling fans heard of Bill Goldberg possibly making a return to the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) scene was a couple of months ago and now the noise to such is back in the air.

With the WWE having problems booking up interesting matches due to a dilapidated lineup, Goldberg's is one of many names that the fans believe the WWE could do well with.

The former WWE champion did express interest in returning to the wrestling ring, although the WWE is not the only one trying to get him back to action. Rival company Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling also tried to lure in Goldberg, but the money angle involved stopped all that from happening.

It remains to be seen if the WWE can do better, although Vince McMahon and Triple H have been known to do so. If he would return, it could possibly be a contract similar to that of Brock Lesnar and most likely in the millions.

Goldberg's last fight was against Brock Lesnar, a match that many didn't find too appealing. Apparently, both fighters were pitted against each other for their farewell matches at WrestleMania 20.

Lesnar has since returned, so why not bring in back the man called Goldberg? A return to the WWE scene could be a big boost for the big guy and if the WWE and the former World Championship Wrestling (WCW) star come to terms, there is a chance that Goldberg may just make it to WrestleMania 32.

Everyone has heard of the not-so-cool relationship between McMahon and Goldberg, but perhaps the story now is different.

Goldberg wants to don his trunks and the WWE is looking for fresh faces to book. Goldberg is not exactly a new face, but everyone knows that he is someone who should turn in a good match any time.

Should that be the case, will Goldberg return to face Lesnar to pick up things where they left off? If he does get signed, expect major changes to the WrestleMania 32 cards.
