WWE Rumors 2015: Ronda Rousey's next best target is Jessamyn Duke?

If you caught our post yesterday, we did report that Jessamyn Duke of the UFC stands to be the best alternative since the WWE cannot sign up Ronda Rousey.

Duke is a member of Rousey's Four Horsewomen faction but things haven't really panned out for the former professional model turned fighter. The belief is that if Duke loses her third match (in-a-row) against Elizabeth Philips, chances are that Duke will be cut from the UFC roster.

Though that may sound like a harsh reality, such is expected to be a blessing on the part of the WWE.

The WWE plans to include Duke to the WWE Divas Search should Duke lose again to Phillips this coming July 25, 2015 in Chicago. Despite her losing streak, Phillips is someone that Duke has beaten before in the amateurs. If she can do that trick at the event, it remains to be seen what the UFC plans to do afterwards.

From the looks of things, Duke doesn't have to worry about anything. It seems practically imminent that she has future in the WWE, seeing that the company is already making plans for her. In fact, high profile executives are already pushing for her to be recruited considering she has the tools to beef up the WWE Divas group.

But like other Divas, Duke may have to work her way up the WWE ladder. She will most likely start off at WWE NXT for a while before being elevated to the regular roster.

Being a former professional model, UFC fighter and someone associated with Ronda Rousey's Four Horsewomen would be enough to catapult her to WWE stardom. In fact, she could possibly be inserted to the WWE's own Four Horsewomen (Becky Lynch, Charlotte, Bayley, and Sasha Banks) as well.

With that said, could we be seeing a WWE Divas invasion soon, something similar to how the Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns) did some years back?
