WWE rumors 2015: Can Roman Reigns and Sheamus breathe new life into the company?

WWE heavyweight champion Sheamus and Roman Reigns are set to clash at the coming WWE TLC (Tables, Ladders and Chairs) pay-per-view (PPV) but this early, many already have an idea on how the whole thing will turn out.

Seeing the introduction of factions in the form of the League of Nations, it will likely mean a raucous main event this weekend, chances are Sheamus will retain the title through dirty means.

Well the outcome is only to be expected. The World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) is still wary of the WWE universe reception as they try to build up sympathy for the Big Dog. The angle can be seen ever since he lost the title in record-time at WWE Survivor Series, the frustration apparently seen on Reigns' face.

At this point, it doesn't seem like the sympathy is there yet and Sheamus will likely go on as champion heading into 2016.

But the question is will the WWE do the inevitable and end the storyline which has not really gone well with its fans? Such is a question being thrown around these days, although it does bring up further questions surrounding Roman Reigns and the state of the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) heavyweight belt.

With Reigns rumored to be putting up a stable of his own (called "The Family") we may be in for a retro age of the factions from the Attitude era.

Seeing that no star has been able to make a difference, such is seen as a ploy that will likely buy the WWE time until some of their indisposed stars return to active duty.

Seth Rollins will be out for a considerable time and such is likely the case for Randy Orton and Cesaro. John Cena is likely to return by January 2016 so it may all be touch-and-go from here.

As for Reigns? Well, it may still need some time to get the WWE fans to accept him. Despite loses recently, the fact remains the he portrays a super-human individual that the fans seem to find too predictable.

So it will be up to the WWE creative team to brew up something and hopefully they do it fast.
