WWE Hell in a Cell 2015 rumors: Is Tyler Breeze fit to be U.S. champion?

One of the more interesting twists for World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) Hell in a Cell is who would succeed John Cena as the U.S. champion. There have been a lot names in the mix, mostly the old hands who have been appearing in shows.

If you caught it from a previous post, names that have been mentioned include Dolph Ziggler, Cesaro, Samoa Joe, and Tyler Breeze.

Of the mix, Breeze is the star who has most recently been bumped up to the WWE main roster. Seeing that he hasn't made much of an impact (aside from the hyped rumors), many feel that the next U.S. champion would be Prince Pretty.

But the question is would it be wise to instill a fresh name holding one of the major WWE titles in a short span of time? Wrestling fans are divided when it comes to answering that question.

Everyone knows that the WWE is aching to infuse new blood with the intent of jacking up ratings and such has led to the Breeze rumors. But then again, the WWE may want to look at the impact of Seth Rollins winning the WWE heavyweight title, something that didn't exactly pan out.

Of course, Rollins is trying but as the Architect struggled, so did the WWE. Could Breeze do better?

He isn't exactly a household name but if the WWE creative team has decided on this path, then there is pretty much nothing anyone can do. However, if he falters in his instant catapult to fame, expect the WWE Universe to have a field day feasting on the mistake.

For some, the best way to go is still with an old face like Ziggler or maybe even Cesaro. Samoa Joe may be new to the WWE circle but he has been around (think Total Nonstop Action or TNA Wrestling). One thing going against Samoa Joe is he is not exactly that young anymore and perhaps everyone knows the drill in the WWE these days.

The next U.S. champion could be among the mix and then again maybe not. The only thing certain at this point is Cena will vacate the U.S. title.

His successor will most likely be the one who emerges on the ramp once the card comes up at WWE Hell in a cell this Sunday. Any wild guesses?

In the meantime, check out Breeze's official WWE debut below on Miz TV at Smackdown.
