"WWE 2K" fans can continue to pulverize their opponents on the ring with devastating finishers with the next installment for the game. It is definite that the game will have a release month of October, but no exact date yet. Additionally, the company is doing a lot of body scanning of wrestling superstars.

WWE2K17News mentioned that the upcoming game has already been confirmed to have an October release, which is predictable considering the past releases of the game. Past games in the franchise were given an October release date. Nonetheless, the date is expected to be on the 25th, a Tuesday, unless, the company will stand true to the pattern with the dates of previous releases.

Gospel Herald reported that since "WWE 13," which was released on Oct. 30, 2012, the date has been moving backwards: "WWE 2K14" on Oct. 29, 2013, "WWE 2K15" on Oct. 28, 2014 and "WWE 2K16" on Oct. 27, 2015. Thus, fans may expect it be released on Oct. 26 this year, but the date is a Wednesday and the company always releases a game on a Tuesday.

Fans are wishing that a lot of WWE Superstars will be included in the upcoming game, but so far, WWE players that have performed body scans and re-scans were Dean Ambrose, Big Show, Sheamus, Alberto Del Rio and Seth Rollins. In addition, Bray Wyatt and Brie Bella were reported to have performed body scans, as reported by The Bitbag.

The Facebook page of "WWE 2K17" has shown images of Roman Reigns, John Cena, The Rock, Triple H, Brock Lesnar, Neville, and several more.

In another report by WWE2K17News, Kenny King, Low Ki, and TJ Perkins have already confirmed to be joining the upcoming game. The NXT Divas will be included, namely Sasha Banks, Bayley, Becky Lynch and Charlotte.

Rumored to be included in the roster for "WWE 2K17" are Bill Goldberg, Braun Strowman, AJ Styles, Shinsuke Nakamura, American Alpha, Asuka and the The Four Horsewomen.

To honor the departed Chyna, it is anticipated that the former WWE Intercontinental Champion will be in the game's roster as well.

The stars rumored to be gracing the game's cover include Randy Orton, Eddie Guerrero, Dean Ambrose, Brock Lesnar, The Undertaker, and a few more.
