Wrestlemania 32 rumors: The Rock suiting up to wrestle this April?

Just when things were looking up with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson confirming that he will be appearing at Wrestlemania 32 this coming April, it could be more than that.

Apparently, Johnson, via Twitter, hints at something big happening at the annual extravaganza, a big help considering the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) wants to fill up the AT&T Stadium and break another attendance record. But does this indicate that The Rock will be wrestling after all at the WWE event?

Right now, that is the consensus of most, seeing that it is perhaps the only way to make Wrestlemania 32 electrifying. Even though he did wow the crowds at Wrestlemania 32 when he appeared together with "Furious 7" star Ronda Rousey, it seems that a match involving The Rock is the only thing that can top all that for now.

Insurance issues have prevented The Rock from competing at Wrestlemania 32, but it may also be noted that it's "unlikely" to see Johnson appear due to his filming schedule. He is expected to be busy filming for the "Baywatch" movie where he will star opposite Zac Efron and "San Andreas" co-star Alexandra Daddario.

Based on latest developments though, it seems that there may have been a compromise and it could go as far as seeing Johnson wrestle after all.

If so, whom could he possibly go up against?

Well, there was word before that he could possibly go up against Triple H. If one looks back to Wrestlemania 31, the two did have a (sort of) confrontation), although that included Rousey and Stephanie McMahon. The belief back then that the four could end up in a mixed tag-team match was shot down.

Aside from Triple H, there are some speculating a possible match between Johnson and Brock Lesnar. But that could be a bit too risky.

How about The Rock joining forces with The Usos? That is a possibility.

Pairing up with Roman Reigns could also be plausible but then again, the WWE title will be of utmost priority with the Big Dog expected to defend his belt against a yet-to-be-named opponent.
