Blizzard's "World of Warcraft" will have its sixth expansion, which will be called "Legion." During the announcement of the expansion at Gamescom last Thursday, Blizzard revealed that more expansion packs will follow "Legion."

In the meantime, players will get to experience several new fun quests and adventures in the upcoming "Legion" expansion.

First up, players should know that a beta version of "Legion" will be released later on this year.

According to reports, "Legion: Beta" will let fans experience a new continent, which will be called Broken Isles.

This continent may have been mentioned in "Warcraft 3," but this scenario has never been available to players before.

It was also mentioned that "World of Warcraft: Legion" maximum level will be raised to 110 and a new class will be introduced — the Demon Hunter.

The new class will have a mission of battling with Legion demons by exploiting their powers. Eurogamer.net reports that the Demon Hunter class has two special abilities: Havoc and Vengeance.

Havoc will focus on a character's damage per second and Vengeance will be appropriate for players who would rather tank.

With a Demon Hunter harnessing the demons' abilities, the character can now do a double jump and exhibit gliding attacks.

Other than the new class, the sixth "World of Warcraft" expansion will also feature new dungeons and raids for players to explore.

"The Emerald Nightmare," which will be a higher version of the "Emerald Dream," will have seven bosses where players will go after Cenarius.

Suramar Palace will also have 10 bosses and this is where players will battle it off with Gul'dan.

There will also be new things to expect from the player vs. player (PVP) Honor System. PVP talents can be unlocked once a player earns Honor points while in the game.

There's no release date for the "Legion" expansion yet, but players can start signing up for the beta version at the "World of Warcaraft" official website.
