It's the fall season, which is great news for all TV buffs because this season brings brand new episodes of different returning favorite and new TV shows.

The fall TV premieres kicked off last Monday, Sept. 21, with favorites "Gotham," "The Voice," and "Big Bang Theory" making a comeback among others.

"Gotham" airs on Fox at 8 p.m. EST; "The Voice" at same time on NBC; and "Big Bang Theory" on the same timeslot on CBS.

On Sept. 22, six shows have also started with their premiere, as reported in International Business Times.

The premiere episode of the new "The Muppets" series aired last Tuesday at 8 p.m. EST on ABC. This show introduced the famous characters in a different way. "The Muppets" is a good watch for those who need a dose of laughter every night.

"Scream Queens" also made its debut on the same date and time but was aired on Fox. The show is a "mean girls-esque" horror-comedy starring Emma Roberts, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Abigail Breslin among others.

Moving on, "NCIS" also returned to CBS on the same date and time slot. It may be recalled that the previous season of the police procedural drama left everyone hanging when they saw Gibbs fighting for his life in a naval ship hospital.
