"Total War: Warhammer" is set receive its second Lords Pack, "The King and The Warlord." It will now bring two legendary lords to the Dwarfs and The Greenskins.
Starting Oct. 20, fans will be able to download the latest DLC that will bring Skarsnik, Warlord of The Eight Peaks, and Belegar Ironhammer, True King of The Eight Peaks. Skarsnik is the chieftain of the Crooked Moon Tribe, and he is also known as the most powerful Night Goblin. On the other hand, Belegar is the heir of Karak Eight Peaks, and he aims to reclaim their fallen land at all costs. The two vicious and battle-tested leaders have been fighting one another, and both of them are willing to stake everything on the land they believe is rightfully theirs.
Additionally, gamers opting to have the upcoming DLC will have new quest chains, unique start position, new quest with bonuses, and magic items. Two new Lord types will also arrive, the Runelord and the Night Goblin Warboss.
New units will also come along for the Crooked Moon tribe. The war beasts called Squig herd, the cavalry Night Goblin Squig Hoppers, and the Nasty Skulkers, which are the sneaky infantry. The Clan Angrund will have the Bugman Rangers and Bolt Thrower at their disposal.
Regiments of Renown will also have 22 new elite units. A few of them are Ulthuar's Rangers, Peak Gate Guard (Hammerers), Gob-Lobber (Grudge Thrower), and the Skyhammer (Gyrobomber) for the Dwarfs. The Greenskins will have Da Rusty Arrers (Night Goblin Archers), Moon-Howlers (Goblin Wolf Riders), Deff Creepers (Goblin Spider Riders), and Teef Robbers (Goblin Wolf Chariot).
The upcoming DLC's description reads: "The King & The Warlord is the second Lords Pack for Total War: WARHAMMER. Bolstering the forces of both The Greenkins and The Dwarfs, it introduces famous rival characters, new iconic units, and new battle maps from the world of Warhammer Fantasy Battles to your Grand Campaigns and Custom/Multiplayer battles."
"Total War: Warhammer's" second Lords pack will be available starting on Oct. 20 for $7.99. It can be downloaded directly from the game's Steam page.
