Fans of the American drama series "The Arrangement" are happy with the release of season 2's first trailer. The series starring Josh Henderson and Christine Evangelista will return on March 11, 2018.

E! Entertainment recently released the first look trailer for the series which includes season 2's premiere date. The video shows Megan Morrison (Evangelista) celebrating her recent achievements in Hollywood. Morrison has been recognized as one of the Rising Women of Hollywood. The sneak peek also reveals a troubled Kyle West (Henderson) haunted by his shady past.

A short clip of Morrison preparing for her wedding with West was also shown. There are several forums online talking about the continuation of Morrison's scheme to take down the Institute of the Higher Mind. According to Entertainment Weekly, it is hard to speculate how Morrison's plans will unfold.

At the end of season 1, it was revealed that West was no ordinary Hollywood star. His involvement with the Institute of the Higher Mind was revealed. One of the second season's story angles is West's connection to the leader of the institute Terence Anderson (Michael Vartan) and his wife Deann Anderson (Lexa Doig).

The series is inspired by the life of actors and actresses in Hollywood and how they navigate their way in the industry. There have been rumors suggesting that the story of "The Arrangement" is based on the relationship of Hollywood stars Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes.

During an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, series creator Jonathan Abrahams addressed the matter. He admitted that the story element of the series was greatly influenced by Hollywood couples.

"I'm happy for people to think, 'Oh, this must be the Tom and Katie story.' But then they'll watch and realize it's not," Abrahams said.

Season 1 of the series received good ratings from online critics. IMDb gave the show a 6.5 out of 10 score, and it has a 62 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
