Season 2 of E!'s drama television series "The Arrangement" will premiere on March 11, 2018. The show's creator revealed that season 2 will center on Megan Morrison's (Christina Evangelista) passion to take down the Institute of the Higher Mind and revenge.

In an interview with Variety, "The Arrangement's" showrunner Jonathan Abrahams said season 2 will test Morrison's emotion. Abrahams explained Morrison will maintain her charades in order to gain deeper access to the Institute. "One of the lines we're exploring this season is when you're coming from a place of anger and revenge, how sustainable is that," the show's creator said.

Abrahams also said that Morrison and Kyle West's relationship (Josh Henderson) in season 2 will start to deteriorate. He did not spill much information about the upcoming wedding between Morrison and West but did mention something about West facing his demons. The showrunner hinted, "He (Kyle West) wants to be happy and right some wrongs, and he's tired of hiding things."

Also speaking with Variety, Evangelista clarified that the wedding is not part of Morrison's scheme to destroy the Institute. "It's not Megan's vision, it's not Kyle's vision, it's something else," she said.

Season 1 ended with Morrison taking on a much greater role in Hollywood and gaining more grounds in her mission to burn down the Institute. E! Entertainment had already released the teaser trailer for season 2. The video showed a deeply wounded West. The finale episode of season 1 also confirmed West's connection to the Institute's leader, Terence Anderson (Michael Vartan).

Many fans are excited for the return of season 2 in 2018. E! has yet to release further information about the plotline of the second season and new trailers. The tagline of season 2 reads, "Never trust a Hollywood ending." Actor Jacob Artist from "Glee" has been confirmed to join season 2. There are still no further updates about new characters joining the show.
