Bandai Namco has shared a batch of new screenshots from "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" with Heihachi Mishima at the center stage.

The screenshots see the world-famous martial arts master trade his charcoal karate uniform for an orange vest with a long tail, black baggy pants with an intricate design on the right leg, and a horned-shoulder armor.

Heihachi Mishima has no footwear in his old look but in this new costume, the "Tekken 7" fighter dons boots with a gold and purple color scheme. His "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" costume indeed makes him look more flamboyant and more fearsome at the same time.

The "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" screenshots show how this new costume will look like in action. There's also a photo of Heihachi modelling the outfit. To check out more photos of the Heihachi Mishima, click here.

"Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" will be released this summer to Japanese arcades. It brings Akuma from the "Street Fighter" universe into the "Tekken" battlefield, merging two of the biggest fighting game franchises.

A PS4 version of "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" will be launched as well, although there's no release date determined for that yet. Console versions may or may not be launched but are still not out of the question.

According to Bandai Namco game designer Michael Murray, the company is interested in releasing an Xbox One version of "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" although nothing is set in stone yet, adding that it is up to the management to make that happen. The same goes for a PC version.

Murray did confirm that Bandai Namco has already talked to Sony about a PS4 release but neither of the parties are ready to give details about the collaboration, although Murray said that an exclusive "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" PlayStation VR content is in the works.
