 CBS Official

In the upcoming episode of "Survivor Cambodia: Second Chance," fans will find out more about the medical emergency that happens in the show.

Titled "Tiny Little Shanks to the Heart," episode 12 will reveal who among the contestants need serious medical help. But show host Jeff Probst did assure fans during his interview with Entertainment Weekly that no one will be evacuated as a result of the medical emergency.

Probst added that the medical emergency happened because players usually push themselves to the limits. The show host also revealed a bit of spoilers stating that in tonight's episode, family members will come to visit the show and things will get emotional.

It remains to be seen as to who will be put in a compromising position, but speculations suggest it will be a "young" contestant, based on the hand shown in the sneak peek.

The news outlet also gathered that a Facebook group called Survivor Whispers guessed that the contestant is most likely Joe Anglim because an aqua color can be seen from the background of the sneak peek and Anglim belongs to that color team.

Meanwhile, the last episode that aired on Nov. 25 saw contestant Stephen Fishbach eliminated from the show. Recently, he wrote in a blog post explaining how he felt about his experience the second time around in "Second Chance."

According to the blog post found in People, Fishbach narrated that most people who had been voted out of every "Survivor" competition usually feel like it's the end of their dream or that "their heart stops like a snuffed flame."

But for Fishbach, he described the experience as "great fun" and he was also proud of himself for playing the game aggressively.

As for who's going to win the competition, Fishbach revealed in an interview with The Hollywood Life that he's rooting for Jeremy Collins, who's considered as the game's "biggest threat." Fishbach also added that anyone left in the competition has a chance to win in the end, except though for Abi-Maria Gomes.

"Survivor Cambodia: Second Chance" returns today, Dec. 2, at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.
