Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) will do everything to help his friend Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) get out of prison in the penultimate episode of "Suits" season 6.

In the trailer for the episode, titled "The Hand That Feeds You," Mike appears to be disappointed when he found out what Harvey did to get Mike out of prison.

"I didn't sign on [the deal] to get someone killed," Mike says in the video. "You signed on to get yourself out," Harvey tells him.

But at the end of the trailer, Mike's deal appears to be in danger of cancellation since he disagreed with Sean Cahill's (Neal McDonough) methods. "You want to see abuse of power? Your deal is gone," Cahill warns him in the trailer.

Could this mean that Mike will have a longer time in prison?

Meanwhile, Macht told TVLine how Harvey and Mike plotted it so the latter can be released from his prison cell.

Mike "reveals a few things to Kevin that put him in a really vulnerable situation. Gallo is also closing in on Mike. So we're doing all we can to get to Sutter's daughter. Mike comes up with a couple good ways of doing that via Donna, and Harvey is also working the other side, trying to dismantle Cahill's case," Macht said.

The actor also described the complicated relationship between Harvey and Donna Paulsen (Sarah Rafferty) in the same interview.

"I really like the idea that it's almost there and it's not there. But honestly, I don't find that we really play those moments," Macht said. "Some of it's in the writing, but we're not playing those moments. So it's really interesting to see how an audience can take whatever it is that we're putting forth."

The penultimate episode of "Suits" season 6 will air on USA Network on Wednesday, Sept. 7.
