With Halloween just around the corner, it seems that even video games are making changes to their gameplay to match the season. One of the games is "Street Fighter V," which will feature a lot of Halloween-themed costumes, stages, and more spooky and fun downloadable content (DLC) for the fans.
According to Game N Guide, Capcom said that the game will release a limited-time Halloween content which will only last for a month before it becomes unavailable once again. This new DLC contains an update that will provide a more stunning gameplay experience for the players.
The Halloween-themed Russia stage for the game can be purchased either by spending $2 or 40,000 in-game fight money. The update will be released on Oct. 11 for the PC and the PS4 platforms, but the content will only be available until Nov. 29.
For those who plan to attend the New York Comic-Con, they will be able to test out the game at booth #1420, which will also host a tournament that could net players a limited edition PS4 faceplate.
Meanwhile, iTechPost reports that Capcom just released an update that will certainly improve the entire game experience for "Street Fighter V." In the previous update, an anti-cheating tool has been introduced in order to keep the fighting game level and fair. This has seen a measure of success, but it was plagued with several drawbacks: the tool has caused some issues in a wide spectrum of systems, and as a result, a lot of players were unable to play or access the game at all.
As such, Capcom acknowledged that there was a particular file they found that caused a security risk in peoples' computers, and the specific name of the file is the Capcom.sys.file Ver 1.09. The game company immediately acted and launched a tool that will remove the file, thus effectively resolving the situation.
