After almost one year since "Steins;Gate 0" was released in Japan, it will be finally arriving in North America. The localized version of the game will be ready on Nov. 29 for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.

The graphic novel game's arrival to the North American soil was announced on the U.S. PlayStation Blog by localization lead, Adam Lensemayer. The game is a sequel to "Steins;Gate" and will be a physical and digital release.

"Steins;Gate 0" offers a brand-new story to the visual novel video game. Players will play the part of Okabe Rintaro, a scientist, who realizes that he will not be able to save the woman that he loves so much, Kurisu. This drove him into depression, bearing the consequence of his action. Until Rintaro meet Maho Hiyajo, a neuroscientist, who works on a program called "Amadeus" that copies a person's brain and transplants it to an artificial intelligence (AI) avatar. Hiyajo was able to create an AI copy of Kurisu before her untimely demise.

Lensemayer also added that the upcoming game will be darker in theme and will contain a bigger cast. Fan-favorites like Mayuri, Farris, Daru, Moeka, Luka, and Suzuha will still be in the second game, although their actual roles remain unclear as of this time. They will surely be a part of the support team that will bring Okabe back to his senses.

The localization project has also been ongoing for the past few months. Lensemayer added: "Over the last year I feel like I've really gotten to know the cast like they're a part of me. Localizing 'Steins;Gate 0' was a really big job — a 5 month project from the time we got the script to the turn-in date. We worked on it several hours a day, five days a week. The project came to us in the form of several massive spreadsheets, and we started at the beginning and worked our way to the end."

Game fans are also looking forward to the PC version of the game since the first one was ported to PC, and they cannot wait to jump on it when Steam offers it. However, it is still unknown when the PC version of the game will arrive.

The localized version of "Steins;Gate 0" will be released on Nov. 29 for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.
