Frank (William H. Macy) comes back to the Gallagher house but it doesn't look like he wants to patch things up with his family. Meanwhile, Ian Gallagher (Cameron Monaghan) and Caleb (Jeff Pierre) might break up this season on "Shameless."

In the season 7 premiere of "Shameless," Frank wakes up from his coma after he was found floating in Lake Michigan. He soon finds out that it was his family that threw him in the waters, leaving him out to float wherever. According to the synopsis of episode 2 — titled "Swipe, F*ck, Leave" — from Showtime, Frank will not be leaving just yet.

Instead, he creates a brick wall separating himself from the rest of the family except Liam, the youngest in the family, who he takes under his care.

Will this be the start of the Gallaghers' rekindling their familial bonds? Macy shared in an interview with Huffington Post at Showtime's Emmys Eve party, "At the end of the day, it's about family. They love each other. They'll get each other's backs. They're striving to do better, to succeed."

But Fiona (Emmy Rossum) — who's finally putting herself first — will be too busy taking care of herself and running Patsy's Pies to mind Frank and his schemes. But in the season 7 official trailer, it appears that Fiona will soon wreck Frank's brick wall and drag him out of the house.

Aside from the possibility of the family rekindling, the intimate fire between Ian and Caleb might be put out soon. According to TV Guide, Ian will catch Caleb in the act with a woman. This shatters his hope of finding the perfect relationship after his fallout with Mickey (Noel Fisher).

It is speculated that after Ian and Caleb break up, Mickey will return to the picture since he and Ian haven't really moved on from each other.

"Shameless" season 7 airs Sundays at 9 p.m. EDT on Showtime.
