Are Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez together again? The on-off couple were seen together at Hillsong Church in New York City on Wednesday, May 27.
In a Snapchat video shared by preacher Rich Wilkerson Jr., the "Baby" singer, 21, and the 22-year old singer-actress were shown in the same room having fun with a group of people in what looks like a youth group meet-up at the church. Bieber was wearing a cream colored long sleeved shirt and a wide-brimmed hat, while Gomez was also casually dressed in a hooded top.
At one point in the brief clip, Bieber was rapping words he appeared to be making up on the spot.
"You're preachin', you're gonna get to the other side, huh, God's got you," he sang into an imaginary mike.
In the background, people are heard talking at the same time, and the camera pans to Gomez smiling and looking quite comfortable and happy to be there.
The video fueled speculations that the two may have gotten back together. However, a source from E! Online said that the two "are definitely not back together whatsoever." The insider also shared that there wasn't any drama that happened during the meet-up.
"For the first time, it wasn't awkward," the source said. "They were cordial and friendly to each other. It was harmless."
The source went on to say that both Gomez and Bieber are in a good place in their lives, as Gomez has four movies which are about to be released and is working on finishing her album. Meanwhile, Bieber has been staying out of trouble and is also said to be working on a new album.
Bieber and Gomez had an on-off relationship since 2011 before calling it quits for what appears to be the last time in December 2014. The "Girlfriend" singer is said to be dating 19-year old model Jayde Pierce, while Gomez was last linked to EDM DJ Zedd.
