More explosive revelations are about to unfold in the premiere episode of "Scorpion" season 3.

Executive producer Nicholas Wootton teased in an interview during the 2016 San Diego Comic-Con that the new season will begin with an exciting two-hour premiere, thanks to the unexpected confession of Happy (Jadyn Wong) about her marital status at the end season 2.

"We have sufficiently kicked up so much dust just with that one admission at the end of last season from Happy, we have a long way to clean this up...it reverberates out so significantly with the other characters," the executive producer said.

Perhaps the person who will be the most affected after Happy's revelation is Toby (Eddie Kaye Thomas), since he was already prepared to propose to her in the second season finale. "When we pick up with Toby he's even deeper into that bottle of tequila he was drinking," Wootton also said in the interview, as reported by TV Overmind.

But the revelation of Happy last season is still incomplete. According to reports, Happy will continue with her startling admission at the start of season 3, and it will have a connection with the identity of the man that she married. Yet it is still unrevealed how that person will affect all the other members of Team Scorpion next season.

Aside from Happy's surprising predicament, the third season of "Scorpion" will also begin with a big story that involves Paige's (Katherine McPhee) son Ralph (Riley B. Smith). "We have a great episode for him early on where he is sort of a translator for a non-speaking Autistic boy who gets lost in the city. We're very excited for this episode and his involvement in it. You see how sensitive and involved this actor is so we were very confident in putting him in what is going to be a really challenging episode for him because it is a very sensitive topic," Wootton stated.

"Scorpion" season 3 premieres on CBS on Oct. 3.
