'The Real Housewives of New York' season 7 episode 11: 'Fashionably Fired Up' recap

Kristen talks to Ramona on The Real Housewives of New York Bravotv/ The Real Housewives of New York

This week on "The Real Housewives of New York," Sonja Morgan celebrated being debt-free by telling the ladies that she was taking them on vacation to Turks and Caicos, and Ramona Singer defended Bethenny Frankel from Kristen Taekman.

Ramona, Sonja, Bethenny, and Dorinda Medley met up at a cupcake shop to decorate mini cupcakes, and Sonja told them that in honor of paying off her debts, she would like to take them all on a vacation to Turks and Caicos.

Meanwhile, LuAnn De Lesseps and Kristen met up for lunch, and Kristen told her about her confrontation with Bethenny at Ramona's party. Kristen said that Bethenny didn't want to talk to her, and LuAnn told the camera that Kristen didn't get it — Bethenny wasn't interested in talking about her troubles, not to her anyway.

Later, Bethenny joined Ramona at a nail salon and she told her how she felt about Kristen confronting her at the party.

"I watched her just waiting to pounce," said Bethenny, "So I thought, 'What issue could you have with me?' She was coming in and she came in hot."

LuAnn invited Kristen, Heather Thomson, Bethenny, and Ramona to a photoshoot for her clothing line. Bethenny had not arrived yet, and the ladies took the opportunity to talk about her having to leave their Turks and Caicos adventure because she needed to spend time with her daughter Bryn. As soon as Bethenny walked in, Kristen confronted her about her plans, and Bethenny burst into tears.

Bethenny said that because she shares custody of her daughter with her ex, she only gets a limited number of days to be with Bryn, so if she stayed the whole time in Turks and Caicos, that would take away time that she had planned to spend with her daughter.

"This is so bad that I don't want to be away from my daughter at all," Bethenny sobbed.

At the launch for LuAnn's clothing line, Ramona headed for Kristen and told her off for not being very nice to Bethenny and not understanding what she was going through.

"You came out with a shotgun. You kind of attacked her," Ramona told her.

"Why are you picking on me?" Kristen gasped.

"It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out she's going through a nasty divorce and I'm going through something. I don't have to talk to you about it for you to know about it," Ramona retorted.

"The Real Housewives of New York" airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
