"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" (RHOBH) is set to premiere its sixth season in December and based on the new trailer released earlier this month, the women seem to doubt just how sick Yolanda Foster is.

Foster has been diagnosed with Lyme Disease and according to fellow cast member Kyle Richards during an interview with Entertainment Tonight last week, some Beverly Hills housewives are doubting how bad Foster's condition is.

"A lot of the things she's gone through and the treatments she's done, for some of the cast members they were questioning exactly what she was doing and exactly how sick she was. It was not a good situation," Richards said, according to an exclusive from ET.

Richards also revealed that there's a reason behind the ladies' doubt over their castmate's illness. However, she did not give out the specifics and only teased that viewers need to tune in to season 6 to find out the answers.

Foster may be doubted and she may be suffering from a disease, but that doesn't stop her from being a top competitor when it comes to net worth.

Bustle reported that Foster ranks fourth among all RHOBH cast members — past and present — when it comes to how much they are worth.

Before joining the reality show, Foster already made it big in the modeling industry and she was also a top interior designer. Furthermore, she was awarded a large sum of money following her divorce from former husband Mohamed Hadid.

Adding to her net worth is the fact that she's married to renowned music producer David Foster, the outlet reported.

Aside from Foster, the top five ladies included in Bustle's list are Carlton Gebbia, Lisa Vanderpump, Adrienne Maloof who's in a tie with Camille Grammer, and Richards.

The posh ladies of Beverly Hills will return for the show's sixth season, which will premiere on Tuesday, Dec. 1, at 9 p.m. EST on Bravo.
