"Ray Donovan" season 4 episode 7 will feature Ray's (Liev Schreiber) determination to bring Mickey (Jon Voight) out of prison. He has to ask for help from an old enemy. Fans will now have to wait to see if his father will be able to make it to the secured prison wing.

The upcoming episode is titled "Norman Saves the World" and Showtime released a promo trailer for the show. Ray was talking to Mickey inside the prison, warning his father of possible dangers that can happen especially now that it is harder to protect him. The next scene shows Ray talking to his old enemy, the corrupt high-ranking FBI agent Ed Cochran (Hank Azaria). Ray hands him a bag full of money just to make Mickey safe inside the prison. It also shows how Mickey tries to protect himself with a fork while he sleeps.

Fans do know that Cochran should not be trusted, based on their reaction on the official Facebook page of the show, and they cannot wait to see the kind of protection he can offer Mickey, if there will be one. However, Ray said that it is just the initial payment and the rest will follow once his father is out of prison, which is a big surprise for Cochran. There is a big chance that Cochran will not double-cross Ray this time, but it is still not a guarantee.

"Searching for a way to get Mickey out of prison, Ray turns to an old opponent to secure a bartering chip in the form of a less-than-wholesome family comedy star. A long-buried scandal leads Ray to an unexpected confrontation with a slick Hollywood agent and a former fixer of Ezra's. Meanwhile, without the protection of the Russians, Ray must help Mickey secure his own safety and gain admittance to the secure K6G prison wing," reads the synopsis for the next episode.

"Ray Donovan" season 4 episode 7 will air on Aug. 7 on Showtime at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
