Earlier this month, Nintendo released its newest "Pokemon" handheld installments "Pokemon Sun" and "Moon," and since then, gamers have been busy exploring the new vastly diverse region of Alola. To help gamers get a better handle at the new videogames, a few guides have been posted online to assist "Pokemon Sun" and "Moon" newbies handle the games' different challenges.

One of these guides is a Salamence capture tutorial video by Arekkz Gaming. Salamence is a dual-type, draconic Pokemon and though gamers can allegedly find it in the first island they hop on to in "Pokemon Sun" and "Moon," Salamence is also one of the more difficult-to-catch Pokemon. Below are tips on how to grab a level 10 Salamence in the game.

First of all, before trying to catch Salamence, gamers have to complete their first trial on the island. This is important because Pokemon can only use the SOS feature of calling for help after gamers finish their first trial. Gamers will have to look for Bagons and make them call for help to get the Salamence.

After the first trial, gamers then have to complete the Mallow's Trial on the game's second island to obtain Adrenaline Orbs that increase the chance of wild Pokemon asking for help. After this, players can go on and head to Melemele Island's route 3 to find Bagons. Making sure to bring and use a Pokemon with False Swipe, gamers should cross the bridge till they get to the patch of grass on the right. There, gamers have a one percent chance of finding Bagon and then making it call for help until a Salamence appears.

Another useful guide is the location of the evolution stones in "Pokemon Sun" and "Moon." According to a report by VG247, the stones are hidden all over the game and searching for them can take time. Useful guides, however, will teach gamers where exactly they can locate and purchase the Fire Stone, Ice Stone, Leaf Stone, Thunder Stone, Water Stone, Oval Stone, and Dusk Stone in the videogames.
