There are several possible reasons why game developer Niantic is busy. They could applying some last-minute programming in their upcoming "Pokémon Go" mobile game or preparing for the next beta test. They might also be busy taking down uploaded beta test videos, or, everything is being done at the same time.

"Pokémon" fans around the world are anticipating the upcoming augmented-reality mobile game "Pokémon Go." This will be the very first game in the franchise that is designed for smartphones. Its launch may also happen anytime soon.

Three countries have already participated in its beta test, Japan, New Zealand and Australia. Fans are expecting that North America will be next. However, many beta testers have leaked numerous pieces of information about the game even though they have agreed not to do so. Many videos were already taken down, but still information has leaked out.

Parent Herald reported that a beta tester named Darkathion, from Australia, has shown viewers the process of creating a character, capturing Pokémons and even fighting battles. Now, fans have an idea on how the battle system will work in the game. Additionally, the real-world weather condition can also affect the game. Beta players have noticed that electric Pokémon will likely show up during a thunderstorm.

According to GoTrip, another beta tester, the upcoming game, will be offering two types of battle systems, and both of them will surely be enjoyed by the fans. However, the second battle system or the gym battle is the easier of the two.

The video also mentioned that characters such as Meowth, Rattata and a new Pokémon character called Caterpie are present in the upcoming game. The beta tester did say that there are minor issues, but it seems that an easy fix is all it needs. Overall, GoTrip said that the game is fun and will surely be a hit for the fans.

Niantic or The Pokémon Company has not released any information on the next beta test or a release date.

"Pokémon Go" will be available for Android and iOS smartphones.
