There are only a few days left for the month of November, which means that PlayStation Plus subscribers will get a bunch of free video games soon. Sony has not yet mentioned any game titles that may possibly be featured in December 2017 list. Nevertheless, the players are hoping that a huge AAA title will make it next month. For now, it is speculated that a Tom Clancy-labeled video game from Ubisoft will be the highlight in December.

The most popular rumor regarding the December 2017 free games list is that Tom Clancy's "The Division" will be hitting the PS Plus catalog in a few weeks. The heart-pounding online role-playing game (RPG) from Ubisoft and Red Storm Entertainment might just be Sony's pick to lead the list this December. To recall, the PS Plus lineup also streamlined a popular AAA title back in October, which was "Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain."

The inclusion of Tom Clancy's "The Division" could be a strange selection as a PS Plus free game in December, given that it is an online-based game and that it was only released in March last year. Still, this could be a great opportunity for Sony to promote the PS Plus program among the players.

Meanwhile, PS Plus subscribers at Reddit have also begun speculating on the next lineup of free games next month. Just like everyone else's expectation, the Redditors would like to see a huge game coming to the PS Plus catalog before the year ends. So far, the predictions include "Watch Dogs," "Battlefield 4," "Mirror's Edge Catalyst," "Dishonoured," and "Shadow of Mordor" for the free PS4 titles. If ever one of these games make it to the cut, it will no longer be a shocker as Sony would probably end the year with a bang via huge AAA game in PS Plus.

According to Express UK, the updated lineup of free games in PS Plus will be announced on the last Wednesday of the month, while the games available will be revealed the following Tuesday. As for the December 2017 lineup, Sony is expected to reveal the list on Nov. 29, and the games will replace the current ones in the catalog on Dec. 5.
