With Persona 5 said to be in development, it remains to be seen if the next installment can improve on the previous Persona 4. But if we are to take the words of the game developers, Persona 5 stands to be an awesome successor.

After five years, game developers initially claimed that game development progress has been moving along smoothly.

However that was before fans started calling them up and asked from stylish changes which, per the developers, was something they could figure out on whether it was good or bad since they felt that they may be trying the game a wee bit too much.

With Persona 4's unwavering success, the pressure is on for a much improved Persona 5. And this early, among the things to expect are new themes and of course gameplay.

With regards to game play, Persona 5's main title character will be encountering obstacles ahead and hence could summon his personas and facets in dealing with them.

Could this mean a deeper exploration of Tokyo where players could discover and/or explore larger areas? The inclusion of guns could signal more fighting sequences which should give players added options when the scenes arise.

As for the goal of Persona 5, the game is apparently something for people who want to experience the excitement and thrills in life but are somehow being held back. And apparently, this will be the main plot of the game as they do so using the game's protagonists.

Persona 5 is expected to come out with versions for the PS3 and PS4 sometime this year. The game will be released in Japan and North America.
