Meadow Walker shared a tribute to her late father Paul Walker on Father's Day.

On Instagram, the 16 year old uploaded a photo of her as a baby with her arms wrapped around Walker's neck while the actor, who is lying on the floor, kisses her on the cheek. The post was simply captioned, "Happy Father's Day."

This is the second Father's Day since Walker's untimely demise. The "Fast & Furious" actor died in a car crash almost two years ago when the red 2005 Porsche Carrera GT he was travelling in crashed into a tree in November 2013. Since then, Meadow has shared several photo tributes to her father.

Earlier this year, she shared another adorable snap with her father. Meadow could be seen with her eyes closed while flashing a grin as she posed with her dad in the candid snap.

Recently, she posted a poignant picture after returning from Coachella, where she showed a shot of herself spending time with Vin Diesel and Elsa Pataky. Diesel, who was particularly close to the late actor, named his third daughter Pauline, after Walker. Pataky, who also stars in the franchise, put her arm around Meadow as the group posed for the snap.

It was reported that Meadow had been living with Walker for two years before his death, with the late actor wanting to be more involved in her life. She is now living with her mother Rebecca Soteros, who was never married to Walker but shared custody of Meadow with him through the years.

Two weeks before his tragic accident, the actor told Us Weekly about his relationship with his daughter.

"I'm glad I had her at 25," Walker told Us, "because at 40 and 15, we're matching up sweet. It's just working. It's perfect."

Walker's final movie, "Furious 7," was released in April. He died while it was filming and his brothers Cody and Caleb Walker acted as his stand-ins in several scenes.
