The land of Storybrooke is about to get chaotic when "Once Upon a Time" season 5 returns. The midseason finale left fans not knowing what to feel after the many events that transpired.

In the promo video released for season 5B, the characters from "Once Upon a Time" are shown to be on a journey to look for Hook (Colin O'Donoghue) in the seemingly barren wasteland that is the underworld. The town of Storybrooke has turned into the underworld and the look of confusion from everyone is apparent.

Numerous characters that are thought to have died are back, and it looks like a much greater force is at work.

Emma (Jennifer Morrison) and the rest of the characters will encounter many people with unfinished business in the underworld. Co-creator Adam Horowitz describes the underworld as a place in between hell and the land of the living.

The sneak peek is certainly enticing, but the premiere is sadly about three months away. Fans need not worry, however, as a lot of information about the second half of the fifth season have been revealed and should keep the thirst quenched--at least for the time being.

Hercules and Megara have been reportedly confirmed to appear in one episode when "Once Upon a Time" season 5 return, in an episode titled "Labor of Love." It has also been rumored that the dastardly god himself, Hades, will make his debut as well.

Ruby (Meghan Ory) and Mulan (Jamie Chung) will also make a comeback in the fantasy series' season 5B, much to fans' joy.

As for fans of Emma and Hook, The Hollywood Reporter has some good news. When asked about whether Emma will find her true love in Hook or have to move on, co-creator Edward Kitsis had this to say:

"I'll tell you what — I think that is going to have to be a question she has to solve. The reason she is going down there is for that very reason. She finally lowered that wall and let Hook in, so she doesn't want to lose another person who she loves. So echoing her father's line, 'I will always find you,' and I think come hell or high water, she's gonna try."

"Once Upon a Time" season 5 will return on March 6, 2016.
