New "Once Upon a Time" season 5 spoilers helped provide a clearer picture of the Underworld in the midseason premiere "Souls of the Departed." According to TV Line, the episode will be centered on Regina.

Despite the episode always being teased to zero in on Emma and the other heroes' journey to save Hook's soul, there will be big moments in the upcoming episode involving the Evil Queen both from the present and from her past.

The return of "Once Upon a Time" season 5 will also feature "a case of mistaken identity," which may or may not have something to do with Charming's twin James returning to the fold. There will also be two characters meeting for the first time.

Rumple and Belle flashback moments will also be showcased in the "Once Upon a Time" season 5b premiere and "chip" aka the all-important white mug, which fans of the series know is very significant to the pair's relationship, has something to do with it.

It looks like fans will also be getting a good look at Hades in this episode. "Ally McBeal" alum Greg Germann plays the role of the king of the Underworld and TV Line thinks that he is enjoying every minute of giving life to the character.

As for "Once Upon a Time" season 5 cast news, it has been confirmed that Neal Cassidy will appear in the episodes to come. Michael Raymond-James, who plays the character, snuck into the Vancouver set for some scenes that were filmed behind closed doors.

Raymond-James made every attempt to keep his comeback a secret but it looks like the beans have already been spilled. Neal, who treats Emma as his one true love, is one of the people she will meet in the Underworld. After all, he needs a "closure," as the rest of the souls there do.

"Once Upon a Time" season 5 returns on March 6 on ABC with the episode "Souls of the Departed."
