Muslim netizens respond to ISIS chief's call to arms: 'Sorry, we're too busy watching TV shows, movies to join you'

Islamic State (ISIS) leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi recently called on Muslims around the world to "join the fight" in Iraq and Syria against "crusaders" from Russia and the West.

His call to arms was translated into English on Twitter by a writer and human rights activist who called himself "Iyad El-Baghdadi," TIME reported.

Surprisingly, the post generated a lot of varying tongue-in-cheek and sarcastic reactions from mostly Muslim netizens.

All the commenters rejected the ISIS leader's call. And the most popular reason they mentioned was that they can't afford to miss their favourite TV shows and movies, like the newly released "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" and the upcoming Sherlock special.
