Last December, it was reported that "Minecraft" would get its own narrative someday and it appears that the day has come.

A couple of days ago, Telltale Games just released the trailer for the narrative version of "Minecraft," and its first episode was titled "The Order of the Stone."

The game will debut digitally on Oct. 13 and will be available in retail outlets by Oct. 27.

According to PCMag Asia, Telltale Games and Mojang will be launching the "Minecraft: Story Mode" event a day before the game releases.

The event called World's Largest Let's Play will be held at the ArcLight Cinerama Dome in Los Angeles.

The first episode of the game features the playable character Jesse, who can either be a woman or man based on the player's preference.

Jesse goes to a fan convention together with his/her group of friends to celebrate warriors from The Order of the stone. However, something comes up; specifically, terror is unleashed, according to Telltale Games.

Jesse then must go on a quest to find the order so they can help bring back peace to the world.

The Order is made up of four members namely Ellegaard the Redstone Engineer, Gabriel the Warrior, Soren the Architect, and Magnus the Griefer.

It was already reported that Jesse as a female is voiced by "Star Wars: The Clone Wars's" Catherine Taber; the male Jesse is voiced by "Ratatouille's" Patton Oswalt.

"Minecraft" fans will surely be delighted that "Story Mode" will still have four more episodes, but there's still a need to wait for the other ones since they won't be released all at one time. Still, the future episodes are worth looking forward to.

"The Order of the Stone" can be ordered from the Telltale Online Store and Steam for personal computer (PC) and Mac players; via the PlayStation Network for PlayStation 3 (PS3) and PS4 players; and from the Xbox Games Store for Xbox 360 and Xbox One gamers.
