Fans have been waiting for the release of "Kingdom Hearts 3" for years already and it is expected to be released on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. However, Xbox One gamers were shocked when the game's official Japanese Xbox One page disappeared. Fans are now speculating that the highly anticipated game will be a PlayStation 4 exclusive.

A Japanese fan, @bKvEBVAvUq, initially noticed the missing page, via @KHInsider, which translates to "Xbox Japan's KINGDOM HEARTS 3 page is no longer listed (via @bKvEBVAvUq)."

Currently, several publications have reached out to Square Enix, the game publisher, for some explanation, but there still not a word about it.

There are several more speculation going around the "Kingdom Hearts" community, and aside from being exclusive to a single console, some believe that there is just a glitch on the website and the page will be back to normal anytime. The game's official Japanese site still listed two platforms and the Microsoft Store in North America is still displaying the game too.

Another speculation going around is, the game will not be released on the Xbox One format in Japan and would only be available for the international market, it is a PlayStation country after all. A fan even stated that a there was a game before that did not have a Japanese Xbox 360 version. It was also reported previously, during the game's official announcement back at E3 2013, it was only for the Sony console, but was later clarified to be ported to the Microsoft console as well.

Meanwhile, there are still no information with regards to the game's release date. It was previously rumored to be available as April next year, but considering that the game is still in development, it may materialize by late 2017, in time for the holidays.

Since "Kingdom Hearts 3" is still not on the horizon, fans are looking forward for "Kingdom Hearts 2.8" for the meantime, which is slated to be released this December.
