Is  about to get married?

The mother of eight was recently linked to millionaire Jeff Prescott. Although she has not confirmed the relationship, the two have been seen on more than one occasion out and about on romantic dates.

This past weekend, the 40-year old sparked engagement rumors as she was seen wearing a big diamond ring while attending the TLC Summer Block Party in Philadelphia. The rumors spread after Gosselin was photographed wearing the gorgeous sparkler on her left ring finger while greeting fans at the Great Plaza at Penn's Landing on Saturday, May 30.

The former "Celebrity Apprentice" star was attired in an orange and white printed dress and accessorized with a silver necklace and bracelet, but what many were buzzing about was the ring.

Gosselin quashed the engagement rumors on Monday and assured fans via Twitter that not only is she not engaged, she also isn't even dating anybody. Moreover, she told her followers that she bought the ring as a birthday treat for herself.

"Fyi: I'm not engaged- not even dating any1. Loved the ring so I put it on myself 4 my bday- Had 2have something abt that # to make me smile #40," she wrote.

Gosselin was married to Jon Gosselin from 1999 to 2009. They have eight children together, and their life as a big family was documented on a series of specials on TLC, which eventually led to their own reality series "Jon & Kate Plus 8." They have twin daughters, Cara and Madelyn, who are 14 years old. In May 2004, she gave birth to sextuplets — sons Aaden, Joel, and Collin, and daughters Leah, Alexis, and Hannah. They are now 11 years old.

Sources told E! News that Gosselin and Prescott enjoyed a date last month at Talulah's Garden in Philadelphia. Prescott is the co-founder of Dreamstine, a microstock photography agency, and is a father to three children.
