Rory and Joey Feek's latest and final album "Hymns That Are Important To Us" This Life I Live Blog/Rory Feek

Rory and Joey Feek have just released their latest and final album called "Hymns That Are Important To Us." Apart from this special day, the month of February is crammed with occasions the couple hopes to spend together.

The pair may be spending their last Valentine's Day together, and so Rory has a "master plan" to make it one that will last forever. Rory and Joey will be celebrating their 14th Valentine's together. On his latest post in his blog This Life I Live, he shared how he imagined the day would go.

He plans to "share a romantic candle-lit dinner with my bride," where they will drink wine and eat delectable rib-eye steak as they sit across each other. "But those things aren't able to happen this year," he wrote.

Joey's sickness is making her weaker and weaker each day. She can barely eat as well.

"So my hope this year instead is to hold her hand and take her on a 'virtual' walk down memory lane together... with pictures and videos on my laptop," Rory added.

For this year, Rory wants to recount how their beautiful relationship started. The two spent their first Valentine's Day together in 2002, which took place four months before to their wedding.

Rory also plans to watch a one-hour special of their album, which will be airing on TV.

"That, and I'm hoping for a few soft kisses. The passion for each other that Joey and I once had has been replaced by the sweetest, gentlest kisses," Rory went on to write.

Rory and Joey also look forward to this year's Grammy Awards, where they are nominated for the best country singer award. Joey's family will be at her bedside to watch the show along with her.

Lastly, Rory hopes that Joey will still be with them to celebrate their baby Indiana's "Gruffalo-themed" second birthday. This is the occasion Joey has always hope she'd be able to grace.
