Japan vs Cameroon live stream (FS1): Watch Women's World Cup 2015 football online

Japan will play Cameroon on Friday night as both teams look to maintain their perfect starts to their Women's World Cup 2015 campaigns. Defending champions Japan will be favourites but this Cameroon team is high on confidence and would enjoy nothing more than causing an upset against one of the tournament's best teams.

Today's big game between Japan and Cameroon has a scheduled start time of 10 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on the Fox Sports 1 channel. The game takes place in Vancouver, and can be watched online through live stream via the link below.

On paper, Japan should be massive favourites to win today's game against the African side playing in their first World Cup tournament. However, the fact that Cameroon recorded their biggest ever victory in their opening game has turned a few heads, and Japan might do well not to take today's opposition lightly.

Cameroon's 6-0 victory over Ecuador on Monday night was thrilling to see for soccer fans at this year's World Cup, and many will be cheering on the underdogs as they look to compete today against the reigning World Cup champs.

Make no mistake, Japan will still clearly be the favourites here. They have an organised and well-disciplined team that are experienced at the highest level. However, many will be hoping Cameroon can get off to a fast start and shake things up a little, and see how the World champions react.

Japan claimed a solid win in their opening game, defeating a tough Switzerland team 1-0. They will want to secure their qualification for the next round with another win today, and although things seem like they will be closer than anticipated, Japan should be able to guarantee their progress to the knock out stages with a victory tonight.

Japan's Homare Sawa, 36, will be a big player for the World champions as usual. She won the Ballon d'Or after claiming the Golden Ball at the World Cup in 2011, and remains as influential as ever in the Japan line-up.

The group's two other teams, Switzerland and Ecuador are set to face off earlier on Friday, with Switzerland being the favourites to claim the three points and put pressure on the losers of today's game between Japan and Cameroon for second spot.

Today's big Women's World Cup 2015 game between World champions Japan and Cameroon, has a scheduled start time of 10 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on the Fox Sports 1 channel, but can also be watched online through live stream by clicking here.
