Other than "Justice League's" Atom and "Mortal Kombat's" Raiden, Hellboy will also be joining the "Injustice 2's" roster. Hellboy will be available starting on Nov. 14 for players with Early Access.

"Injustice 2's" official YouTube channel released an introduction trailer for Hellboy. The video revealed the character's cool attitude, burning horns, and most of all his iconic gun, the Good Samaritan. Other than his gun, Hellboy can also use his fist called the "Right Hand of Doom" and a sword.

The main highlight of the video is Hellboy's super move. He takes his opponent down to hell with a barrage of punches and then ends it with a leaping axe slash.

Fans are excited after hearing Hellboy's reply to Atrocitus when the villain told him that he would show him "Hellish Hate." Hellboy retaliated, "Whatever you got, I've seen worse." Many longtime "Injustice" players are wondering if Hellboy will receive new skins or outfits in the game.

Hellboy is included in the Fighter Pack 2 downloadable content (DLC) with Black Manta and Raiden. The trailer for the DLC package features Raiden's thunder power, Black Manta's missiles, and Hellboy's smoking habit. Hellboy's part in the trailer is most talked about because he used Black Manta's missile to light up his cigarette.

There have been several character trailers including Atom, Raiden, and Black Manta during the past few months.

Several rumors are going around online indicating new characters to be included. Many fans are hoping for NetherRealm to add the demon hunter Constantine or maybe Lin Kuei clan's very own assassin, Cyrax. With only November and December left in 2017, fans are hoping for at least one or two new characters before the year ends.

"Injustice 2" received high scores from most online video game critics. IGN and Trusted Reviews gave the game 9 out of 10 and 87% from Metacritic.
